Update OSD to show correct Signal % for DVB-USB-rtl2832

Currently the driver does not show the correct signal strengths, usually 0%.
Would it be possible to have this corrected for additional drivers for non-BW USB tuners ??

Possible? Yes. Someone with the hardware would have find/write patches for the kernel/driver and test them. Once the patches have been tested they would have to provide me with the kernel/driver patches for each of the kernel/driver versions used. I'll then merge those changes in, rebuild the kernel and drivers for each device and make it available in beta. It'll probably end up being a very large firmware update.

I don't have the data sheets or hardware to write or test the code.
