in EPG, I had to phone and ask what the shortcut was for the "next" and "previous" day are
The up down channel button
There are keys on the remote "Next" and "Prev" I would have thought been the logical ones!

Re: EPG next-previous day
You probably have a point, but currently NEXT and PREV are used to change the bouquet that is being displayed in the EPG.john270353 wrote: There are keys on the remote "Next" and "Prev" I would have thought been the logical ones!
Also, the user interface is kept somewhat consistent throughout. CH+/- is often used for scrolling in lists, and NEXT/PREV is usually used for switching between things (like panes on a page or between tracks in a media file). So in the EPG, this usage of CH+/- and NEXT/PREV is consistent with that.

Pressing HELP in the EPG will give you a guide to what the buttons do.john270353 wrote:in EPG, I had to phone and ask what the shortcut was for the "next" and "previous" day are ,,,
Many screens show the HELP button hint in the bottom right. In those screens, pressing HELP will give you information about what the buttons do in that screen. The HELP button also works in some screens that don't have the HELP button hint, for example in live TV, timeshifted live TV and recording/media playback.
Pressing HELP in the help screen will give you information about how to use the help screen.
