Hi Ian. I agree that the use of hacked firmware puts the user's BW at risk, and I try to be careful to warn of the associated risks. The only realistic solution is to modify the BW to allow EPG from sources other than ICE. That way we can upload our own EPG, or one that's maintained by a community such as this one. Anyway, neutral shouldn't be connected to the case. That would just need one wiring error anywhere in the path to the device to give you a BW that could be tricky to pick up :)
