The serviceref you posted confirms that I've probably got the changes correct for gecko in the areas served by SOuthern Cross.

Thanks. My guess from Canberra data about how the gecko numbering goes was wrong. A couple more servicerefs from the Southern Cross regions would be nice, to confirm it.

What are you hoping to do?

The first three screenshots have nothing to do with your ability to use OpenWebif to allow your PC to access the Beyonwix.

There shouldn't be any need to change the default configuration of OpenWebif (5th screenshot) in order to use it.

To get the serviceref for a channel, you need to change channel to the channel (gecko in this case) first, then get MENU>Information>Service>Service reference. IMO the "big brand" PVRs have always been behind the specialist PVR producers on performance and flexibility. They probably have better interoperability within their brand environment, though.

10 GB/S. Do you mean 10MB/s? I doubt that your home network can support 10GB/s. Anyway, I agree that that most likely rules out the U4 as the source of the problem. Are there any settings in modem that could affect this. There might be. There certainly are on the router/modem I use (Fritz!Box 7590)...

You've done nothing wrong other than being using the V2 at the time that you've asked it to automatically reboot. You presumably don't want it to just reboot while you're using it, do you? The popup will only come up after the start time for the timer, and after any running recordings heve completed...
