You can't compare timers created by the epg with timers created by icetv. Timers created from the epg will automatically know the program description when they are set up. To make a direct comparison between icetv and BW timers you need to crameate a timer on the BW manually using just a start and e...

Load up the ultimate series remotes with long-press actions. Most actions can be mapped to sensible buttons with a long press. I have, I just never remember what is what so it's just easier to go to the BW menu first. This probably explains why I see this more often as I'm likely to just pause play...

When it happens it seems to affect the left right key function in the movie list but not the up down function on that screen. Is there anything that differentiates the left right function on that screen (but not up down) that is similar to the up down function on the other affected screens.

Yes, but I was pausing live TV, I was not in the media player. So if there was a common connection it would have to be whatever those things have in common. I think trying to reproduce a specific scenario would prove frustrating. I've had dozens occur, all at random and with no similar scenario lead...

My only suggestion to make the EPG a bit easier on the eyes and appear less busy, is to use shading rather than a new colour for the now events. Maybe that was what you intended to show that anyway Simon. So, for the Easy default EPG a lighter shade of blue - the Auto Timer's slightly lighter blue ...
