I cant be thrashing my S1 hard enough. Over the break we have watched lots of DVD's, a lot of pausing fast forwarding etc and not a single problem. It would be a good idea to let us know exactly what operating system and SP's you are using as the setup varies somewhat between them all.

Eg XP Home SP1 or XP Pro SP2 or Win 2000 no SP etc

I have had zero issues in the two weeks I have been on the new firmware. Even if I had, any issues would have to be pretty big to forgo the new features the new firmware has given us.
