Hi Dennis I used a Silent 5 to replace the fan in a T4. The original had a nameplate rating of 80mA. Compared to the original, the Silent 5 was a bit noisier but moved more air, which I wanted. A series resistor would lower the current and noise (as well as airflow).

If I recall correctly the wiz is not good at 50Hz / 60Hz field conversion. It tends to choke on 60Hz source played out out 50Hz. I would guess due to amount of storage available and conversion algorithm.

I think that if you use YARDWiz to run getWizPnP than --resume is always used, but Luke can answer that for sure. Correct. Not quite sure how this works in Yardwiz. After a transfer crashes the part downloaded file disappears from the destination folder and the download starts again from the start....

I may have missed it, but don't forget to specifically format the hard drive now you have set up system.
The new format method is more rugged for error correcting.
There is a chance that along the way the hard drive may not have been formatted with 350 firmware.
