Seems to me the normal text ,epg fetching etc , seems active .Anyway i have resolved the conflict by deactivating the Topfield & using its FTA guide which is ok ,does series recording.I am not as tech savy as you guys ,thanks for your replies .

I put a Topfield 2400 on IceTV correctly & 3 days later the P1 guide is no longer loading just blank. I took out the Topfield from IceTV & in its set up. But the P1 is still blank ! What did i do wrong My subscription has a years credit & been rock solid for years .

AVI files are xvids ? From you or download ? Some sources use "non-standard" parameters.I use a $50 Astone for the rare file that wont play on the Wiz.My P1 is on older firmare & only misses out with some MKVs .

Seems to me an issue with duplicate lcns ,favorites on the BW & a failure to set up the ICETV lcn list via the web ? Ice TV only sends out from that list on your account .My IceTv experience has been fantastic .

Try attenuators .I have found by experimenting since DTV started with now 5 tuners in screens, stbs or the Beyonwiz that the BW is really sensitive to" over strength signals" & in my set up requires attenuation on coincidently 7 but thats due to the in-house unit block amp/splitter set...

I use a notebook cooling pad run off usb port plus an external fan onto Bwiz & plasma.I have 3 inches space under the Bwiz with nothing on top.Runs ok , warm but not really hot.Never leave it on without using a function. If idle i put in in file mode to switch off hdd.

Since last firmware update my usb xvids are stuttering after 40 mins.Streaming is ok.One brand works ok,Kingston .Datatraveller.Not a disaster as network replay is more convenient but another gripe about the firmware update files from Bwiz HQ.Several improvements but new bugs created.

With the new firmware i am getting glitches near the end of usb thumb drive xvids.I had almost the original firmware with no problems. In 261 there were reports of glitches to be fixed in 280 .Whats going on ? And is there a link to the old firmware before the ones on the download page.
