What shows up as the path when you open the media selection listing, or the HDD in File Commander (MENU>>Sources / Files) when you select a file or folder (not the "<List of Storage Devices>" entry)? Have you rebooted? Some of the previous comments don't mean much to this technical cretin...

I followed the link and it looks like some of the tuners are stuffed. I plugged the aerial straight into C and there was no signal on any channels.
I have to go into Sydney later this week so it will be very convenient to drop it off in Lumeah as I almost go past their door.

The stick must be FAT32, and not exFAT. Some USB2 sticks and almost all USB3 sticks will not work for a firmware update, so you need to find another stick.
