Not Philiips, LG 42" plasma, but I can't see how it can be the TV.

The problem does not occur watching recorded content from the Beyonwiz, only happens while watching live HD through the Beyonwiz.

The TV is common to both cases.

I also have this issue. About every two minutes the audio drops out for about 1 second.
It only occurs watching live TV.
Doesn't happen watching recordings.
I'm running the latest firmware in my P2, version 1.07.014
