Re: A challenge for the network brains trust

Assuming that the V2 is getting a network connection via the hotspot and extender, it should be on the same IP range as your laptop. That is if your hotspot doesn't isolate individual clients. You just need to run a network discovery tool on the laptop to find what ip was given to the V2. Something ...

One other thing you can do is set up the"other" wiz as a fallback tuner.

That way, if either one runs out of tuners, it can use the network connection to the other wiz and borrow one of its tuners.

No issues with that setup at all. It's a great way to go, and both V2 and U4 will be able to play both sets of recordings. As long as the U4 is always on our in standby, v or otherwise available on the network, the V2 will happily use it as storage. Just try not to record three same thing on both bo...

To sort your Bouquets or the services within those bouquets, you need to press MENU, then enable move mode.

You can then select any item with the OK button, move it where you want it, then press OK to drop it there.

You will then need to press MENU and disable move mode when you're done.

If you had a remote that masqueraded as a USB keyboard in conjunction with a keyboard receiver, you may be able to hack something together though.
