Rescan for SBS World Movies
I’m sure there’s an obvious reason for this but I had to rescan to watch SBS World Movies. The old SBS Viceland SD was in my channel list with the World Movies coming poop and I assumed it would just automatically start showing World Movies when the time came. What I got was the audio playing but no...

It’s probably not as bad as it could be because SBS have had a permanent message up saying that the move was occurring today for over a week. It just caught me by surprise that icetv were oblivious to it.

Quick question on this. As the T3 can’t record or timeshift on the IP stream, does that mean I can effectively use the T3 without a hard drive for this purpose?

T3 as remote device
It's been a while since I posted here - but my T4 has been trucking along nicely and even with Netflix, it still gets relatively high usage. I'd like to set up a TV in a room with no aerial (but with a network point) so I was wondering if I could use my old T3 as a slave to the T4 with the primary p...

Re: IOS app doesn't handle Movie sub-directories
I think I’ve mentioned this earlier in this thread but Blackbox Pro for Dreambox is the only app I’ve found that supports subdirectories.
It’s still available in the App Store (it has a cost of a few dollars) but hasn’t been updated for 3 years.
I find works really well with the BW.

It depends on the app as to what the setting is called but there is normally a “zap” setting. You need to make sure that “zap before stream” is off or the zap setting is set to multituner.

The T2 uses a 2.5" drive and the T3's is 3.5". Strike that then. Thanks for that info. Option 2 is now a $299 refurbished T2. Repairing the T3 is sounding like the best option. No stock of the refurb units in any case ... Fair enough, but they should update their online store in that case.
