Re: U4 HDMI Output failure and no Tech Support Response
No response for more than 4 weeks = 0 customer service and 0 support in my book. If you know a way to get their attention, please let me know. A simple response could be done from anywhere on the planet regardless of COVID. I hate to think how long repairs might take.

Re: U4 HDMI Output failure and no Tech Support Response
Yeah - the .com site used to be the Korean site. The Australian site is still up and running, but I can't get any response from sales or support. I'm really starting to doubt that I'll even receive product if I order it, let alone get any support. I was looking for any signs of life, but I just can'...

Re: U4 HDMI Output failure and no Tech Support Response
Sadly, still no reaponse. I didn't even get a response from their sales email address. The www.beyonwiz.com web site doesn't appear to exist any more. So, I don't want to try and order a new V2 either. It looks like the company is dead. Any idea what is a good alternative PVR to purchase?

U4 HDMI Output failure and no Tech Support Response
The HDMI output on my U4 has failed. It has been working fine at 2160p for a couple of years, but all of a sudden I had no picture. I can only get HDMI output at 480p mode, but even that blinks on and off. I have tried 3 diffrent cables and 3 different monitors; but it doesn't work. All of the cable...

Tuner info in Meta Data
Hi,
Can any of you developers tell me if within any of the files stored for each recording there is an indication of which tuner was used for the recording? And if so, which file, and how to decode the information.
TIA
Cheers,
Greg

Re: 17.5-20190207 promoted to production release
Thanks @Grumpy_Geoff and@prl for your replies. I don't recall loading the Easyinfo plugin. I had done a factory reset, so I would have expected that only the factory supplied plugins would have been loaded. I found Easyinfo and removed it through Setup>Plugins>Remove plugins. That appears to have fi...

Re: 17.5-20190207 promoted to production release
I recently updated over the network and now have the following problems: 1. Crash on pressing the Info (i) button. 2. LCN's have all changed and seem to move around as I add some channels to Favoutites. I have tried doing a factory reset and setting up the unit from start, but problems remain. Attac...
