As you have an Apple TV there's no point in the dongle but if you route it via a splitter to HDMI-IN you can record shows to watch later.

I had a similar issue but it was solved by a reply from the help desk. The suggestion was to set the refresh rate from 50hz to 60hz on the U4. I actually had it set to “multi” (covering all bases?) Yes, the info is there when I look at Information->Network.
That's where I confirmed it.
It also shows the correct IP as defined on my router's DHCP (I assign IP's based on MAC address in my router.)
But when I look at Setup->Network->Network Interface there are only question marks ???

I have set the <root> password and can successfully log in from my Mac via SSH as well as FTP.
So network wise my devices can certainly see the U4.
