Re: Dead disk?
It's a Seagate SRD0NF1 model - 4TB, 2.5 inch drive. A bit less than 3 years old and I bought it bundled with my Beyonwiz V2 at the time. I have a few others of those for Mac backup purposes and none has given me any problems. I can hear it spinning up, but it is not being detected by either the V2 ...

Network Issues
Hi: We had a power failure this afternoon, and when everything came back up I'm having reception issues on the V2. We're in a location where we receive Melbourne and Gippsland stations. I couldn't tune in any Gippsland stations on any network. I thought maybe their transmitter tower was down because...

Hi. Went to log in today and I got a message that my ip address was blacklisted because of spam. Anyone else having this issue. I rebooted my router and got a new ip address assigned and now I'm able to get in.

Was it using the USB tuner? I've had problems with that occasionally causing freezes (I used to prefer it for recording, but since switching back to auto the freezing has stopped). Hi. Re: V2 screen freezes for no apparent reason.
Two common causes of the dispatch loop being blocked is that it's run something that causes an infinite loop, or it's run something that calls the operating system, but that call never returns. If you can log into the V2's command-line interface, then it's possible to check whether enigma2 has gone...

Ian-L-S, as far as I know, the mini-PC based PVR that IceTV has announced to be under development is not an existing PVR (or an IceTV-branded OEM PVR). The IceTV plugin already runs on OpenATV. Thanks for the recommendations. I've made me up a bootable GParted usb key and will give it a go after I've cloned the disk to see how it works. After some online searching I discovered GParted is a utility I had used in the past for Win disks for my old HP Media Smart server.

I'm having the same issue on my V2 now. Everything was fine. Then there was nothing in any of the directories.
