Thanks MrQuade, I've submitted the text from my post as a support request so I guess they'll get back to me about it tomorrow. Looks like a fairly quick fix (about a week).

Came home to see "Booting..." on front display of my T3. Left alone for 10 minutes, no change. Turned off at rear switch left 30s, turned on, Front display says "Beyonwiz-T3" and remote sensor light comes on. Then nothing, no bootloader version scroll no HDMI display. Unplugged a...

Okay, thanks for that. My EPG etc. is now missing the picons for WIN after the HD rejig. Did I need to resubmit the services or ar new picons simply required?

Wow, query, some files uploaded, heaps of work goes on (not by me) and I've icons displaying all within about 24 hours, Outstanding, many thanks for everyone's help. (That beta firmware is a pretty big change, heaps of improvements)
