No recent EPG updates from Network 10 Mid North Coast NSW

From what I can tell, Network 10 doesn’t appear to have been sending out EPG updates probably since the 01-Jul-21 Nine & Ten changes. Both our U4s are only showing the EPG list up to 6:00am tomorrow (Thu 08-Jul-21) for all Ten services.

I don’t know if this is only a Mid North Coast NSW issue or not, but anyone not getting seven days of Ten EPG may need to use an on-line TV guide for the most accurate & Thursday plus information (the one on the RHS of this forum works well).

I suspected the Hunter region could be the same.

I rang Ten on 02 96501010 & they put me through to WIN. I spoke to the very helpful Technical chap there & apparently it is only certain areas & only certain services they initially missed. They had numerous changes to make & they thought they had corrected them all but it looks like they missed at least Mid North Coast from Middle Brother (see below).

We went through each service & I have the following:

• 10 Bold, 10 SD, 10 HD & 10 Peach – all showing the EPG only up to 6:00am Thu 08-Jul-21.
• Gold – EPG shown up to 6:00am Thu 15-Jul-21.
• tvsn – EPG shown up to 10:30am Thu 15-Jul-21.
• SkyNews regional – no EPG shown at all.

If you have anything different I suggest you ring the above number & ask to be put through to WIN Technical to explain what is missing.

They are getting this fixed, so by now you may see the correct info once you refresh the EPG, or it could take a bit longer.

This afternoon (08-Jul-21) 10 Bold was fixed. So all are working correctly now.

I was informed this problem was wider spread than just the Newcastle/Hunter region & the Taree/Port Macquarie region.

The EPG for 10 HD, Bold and Peach only goes as far as tomorrow morning for me in the Hunter Valley. Anyone else seeing the same elsewhere?

Yes, I noticed this yesterday (from Middle Brother transmitters NSW Mid North Coast). I’ll ring them tomorrow arvo if it doesn’t get fixed before then. Being a public holiday today they probably wouldn't be able to do it till then.

I just got home and it looks like the EPG has been updated.
