U4 tuners failed

Hi Guys,

I recently purchased a U4 to replace my T4 which had its tuners fail, and now the U4 tuners have just failed!!!

The front display is saying DVB Service, has anyone else had this issue?

The U4 has been constantly crashing, maybe 3 or 4 times a week, it just crashed again, and after rebooting it we saw the tuner status all greyed out and DVB Service on the front panel.

Any help would be appreciated, the U4 has no plugins, it is just used as a tv recording device, we received it early April so it is just over a month old.

Sounds like a warranty repair/replacement job to me.

It could be a coincidence, but are you sure that there isn't something wrong with your antenna feed? Two devices having tuners die... Maybe your antenna is shorted out.
