Here is a photo of the finished product. I did not take photos of the progressive repair. Could have stuck the heatsinks on a bit more squarely, but it works.

Hello tech gurus of the forum , I too have just received the tuner death screen, having limited knowledge of the guts in these, my T4 board is Rev 1.2 and the the chips seem different two are LM1085 adj444 and the other two ( north east of each ADJ444) are LM11177C 3.3 505 all same shape and size when compared to the other pics in this thread please forgive the dust, should I hunt down the same part numbers or are there substitutes? , Thank you all in advance.

Like-for-like replacement should be fine with better heatsinks, as per the photo by Bernien.
