Which tuner is giving no ABC network picture - A, B, or C (USB)?
What are the strength (top) and quality (bottom) readings for each of those tuners?
Are the tuner jumper cables connected from tuner A-out to tuner B-in and from B-out to the USB tuner?
Does the Terrestrial TV LCN bouquet list any services numbered 350 or above?

I was using tuner b & the pa plug broke off the tuner a so won't output a picture to b , when i plug the tuner B all is fine, wall socket had an issue which has since been fixed .
i'm using the output on b to to connect to the tv.

I've got a T2, the connection for loop cable has broken of, is it possible to get the unit repaired or replaced?

Yes.

Either contact Beyonwiz (through the Contact or Support page on their Web site), or Mark Vasile at Decisive Computer Solutions. Mark posts as Warkus on the forum.

How old is the unit?
How did the antenna connector break off?

Even if not currently under warranty, I'd think the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) would have a view that a PVR should last at least two years.

Fill in the form, or call them (their phone number is listed at the bottom of the page).

That would depend on how it happened. (I know you asked)

Even if it happened by the user breaking it while trying to insert or remove the loop cable, the supplied cable plugs bind so tightly to the sockets on the back of the PVR that IMO that in itself can be looked on as a design fault.

Perhaps, though it becomes harder to put the case.
