T3 Beyonwiz 2TB - Not booting
T3 Beyonwiz 2TB - Not booting
I have a T3 with a 2 TB HDD it just started rebooting and rebooting so I put in the USB key with the image in an attempt to reimage it.
It then stopped booting and the main display just says "Beyonwiz-T3" with a red light in the front.
Now this is all I get, the unit will not boot and I don't know what to do next. Is this a motherboard fault, HDD, Power supply or is there a way to get the unit to boot.
Please help

Re: T3 Beyonwiz 2TB - Not booting
You can try switching the T3 off at the wall for at least a minute, then try switching it on. If it still doesn't boot normally, then you can try a USB firmware update again.
If you still can't update firmware (using a USB stick that has worked before for USB updates), then it is probably a hardware fault with the T3 that will require it to be sent back for repairs.
See this post for a similar issue, and PeterU's sage advice.

Re: T3 Beyonwiz 2TB - Not booting
This is most likely a failed regulator on the main board.
It seems to be quite common. And the unit needs to be sent back to Beyonwiz
Search for the thread " T3 stuck"

Re: T3 Beyonwiz 2TB - Not booting
Many many T3's are currently failing with the same fault. Unfortunately you need to get it repaired. Read this thread for more info.alid666 wrote:Same as happened to my T3 yesterday after playing up all week
