Cannot reach NASA Electronics re T4 repair

Hi

I'm trying to reach NASA Electronics to ask about replacing the voltage regulators in my T4.

They don't advertise a phone number, so I sent the, several emails last week but have received no reply.

Are they still in business, and does anyone have a phone number for them (if so, please put a message in a reply here and DM the number).

Are there any alternative Beyonwiz repairers in Australia? Any in Melbourne area?)?

When they fixed my T4 about 15 months ago did a good job.

When I had my T3 fixed by NASA Electronics (warranty issue) several years ago Jai Kemp indicated "his guy" was old school and inferred he worked alone. I would not be surprised if he is taking some time for himself or maybe dealing with personal or health issues.

Hopefully, it will be a temporary hiatus. If not, you may have to find a repairer that can follow the information on this website.

I don't do surface mount repairs myself. Occasionally, I rebuild a PSU but that's about it these days.

I successfully purchased a backup V2 through their ebay store a couple of weeks ago. Maybe took a couple of days before being posted, but i wasn't in any hurry. He is still being advertised on the weekly IceTV news email.

If you open https://www.nasaelectronics.com.au/ on a phone, the "mobile" template has a row of buttons at the bottom that can be clicked to show phone, email, address/navigation.
