IR remote interference

HI all,

Have a strange issue with my T4 and couldn't find a resolution through searching. I have purchased an HDMI matrix to share signals around the house and for some reason the "on/off" button on the supplied remote for the matrix changes the T4 to channel "2". The "2" button on the matrix remote also activates the "info" command on the T4. The on/off button isn't a problem as the device stays on but the info screen coming up all the time is. Is there any solution to this or is there perhaps a way to change the info IR command perhaps. Any help appreciated.

In MENU>Setup>System>Remote control code settings, change the Remote setting from "All supported" to "Beyonwiz (0x02F2)" (assuming that you haven't changed the code set in the T4 remote).

This isn't guaranteed to work, but because the T4 remote doesn't seem to interfere with the HDMI switch, it seems likely that the T4's remote codes are distinct from the HDMI switch codes, so it seems likely that it will work.
