T2 Repeat Timers disappearing
T2 Repeat Timers disappearing
I set my T2 to record The Chase Australia, repeating every Mon-Thurs. I don't record Friday, as Ch7 show repeats on Fridays.
On Monday it recorded correctly. On Tuesday, it failed to record. I checked the Timer list, and the timer has disappeared completely - it's not listed as "Finished", and it hadn't re-scheduled itself for Wednesday. It's as if it never existed.
I created a new repeat timer for today's episode. Once again, there was no recording, and the Timer has disappeared completely.
Any idea what might be happening here?
I'm running the latest beta firmware, updated last night.
The Timers were created by going into the EPG, selecting the next occurrence of The Chase Australia, hitting the green button to create the timer (Add Timer), setting Repeat Type to "repeated", Repeats to "Mon-Fri", then editing the Timer in OpenWebif to remove Friday.

Re: T2 Repeat Timers disappearing
Please, always give a firmware version number.
Do you know whether the timer disappears before or after the recording is supposed to start?

Yes, you're getting screwed over by IceTV, the same as thread "Daily recordings not working." in which you participated
If you want to do repeats -
Disable IceTV, Create repeat(s), Then re-enable IceTV.
Or create them as AutoTimers
Ice won't screw with either
Re: T2 Repeat Timers disappearing
Apologies for not giving the firmware. 17.5, 20171230, with the latest beta release (updated online last night).
I don't know when the timers are disappearing. I know it was there when I went to bed last night, and I know that it had disappeared when I went to view the recording around 6:30pm tonight.
The timer is set to run from 1655 - 1824, Mon-Fri (i.e. 5-6pm, with 5 min pre-buffer & 24 min post-buffer). I usually don't get home until after it's due to finish recording.
