Exodus (Kodi Add on) - Install on T3?

Post by jangles » Sun Jun 04, 2017 17:10

Hi All

I really like the Kodi Addon Exodus and was wondering if you can install it on the T3?

I read that Kodi itself doesn't run on T3 but you can install kodidirect and through that you could get access to kodi add on's.

Is that true and if so how do you find and install kodidirect on the T3?

Cheers

Support and development of the Kodidirect plugin was ended by its developer by all accounts. It is no longer available in the repositories available by default on the Beyonwiz boxes.

I have tried installing an old version of the plugin from another source, and it didn't appear to work at all.

You can have a look at a thread that discussed the topic here.

Also not possible due to hardware limitations unfortunately.

Next best thing is a Plex plugin called Dreamplex. Also currently not functioning, but a patch is available that will fix that until the next proper updates come out.

Dreamplex only gives you the ability to play back your local media collection with all the metadata scraping etc, and doesn't let you run streaming addons like the one you mentioned though.
