Tech Support / Customer Service (email)
Looking for anyone interested in approx 2 "flexible" hours per day (work from home) to assist with email support and customer service for all Beyonwiz PVRs.
* Work from home, location not important.
* Up to 2 hrs per day, work on your own schedule but ideally we would like you to check workload a few times daily
* 6days per week. Monday - Friday and at least 1 day on the weekend. (can also spread across weekend)
Musts:
* Experience with DP-xx and T3 PVRs
* Good knowledge of Home theatre and Home networking setups.
* The ability to Problem Solve & Troubleshoot
Training on our Systems will be provided.
