WizFX - Script to run on Windows 8

Thanks to all who assisted me.

Here is a script for getting Wiz FX to run on Windows 8

1) Load WizFX onto Windows 8 computer

2) Right click WizFX icon on go to properties

3) Click on Compatibility Tab

4) Tick "run this program in compatibility mode for _ _ _ (I used Windows XP)

5) Tick "Reduced color mode" I chose 16Bit (65536 color)

And the program worked.

Thanks for the feedback ciscus – I’m sure that will be useful.

I’m not running WizFX in compatibility mode, reduced colour mode or admin mode & it works as per my reply in your previous topic - so there must something different between our PCs that causes WizFX to be a bit fussy on your machine.

Anyway the bottom line is you got it working & that’s the main thing.
