DP-P2 Repair (In Melbourne)

I live in Melbourne and I am trying to get a DP-P2 repaired.

Looked at Beyonwiz web site and saw something about a $50 assessment including postage , but
- Phone does not answer
- Help function does not 'submit' question
- E-mails don't get answered

Does anyone have a tip on best thing to do ?

Hi Schmive and welcome

As far as I am aware there isn't anywhere in Melbourne and your best bet is phoning Beyonwiz.to organise the repair.

If it's just a dud power supply Mark will likely offer to send you a refurbished power supply for you to fit in exchange for you posting back your old p/s, or you send your damaged power supply to him, and he'll refurbish it and post it back to you.

I'll give Beyonwiz another call in the hope they answer their phone - Failing that I'll try the other two suggestions.
