While there are no guarantees that it will fix it as it may be a reception/antenna problem the first step would be updating to the latest release firmware. There are so many changes and fixes since yours that it should be worthwhile and also help with trouble-shooting. You can download it here https...

You can Press Menu > Information > About > and look at the build.
If you are on the latest it should be 20211010
If not, get the latest version here.
And you back first of course.

I never watch live TV, however I have noticed a slow picture and an accelerated picture over a few seconds with audio remains uninterrupted, and assume that this is the mentioned stuttering. This effect is noticed on all recordings from on most stations and particularly sports, and first noticed it...

You can't restore firmware versions by using the backup and restore utility, that is intended for settings only, and even then you have to be *VERY* careful and know what you are doing if you mess with the custom backup items options. My advice to you is to re-install the latest firmware from USB, ...

It's possible, but it seems an unlikely name to have entered accidentally. When you start editing, the text entry box is filled with the current channel name. On the other hand, it is exactly the name you get returned from the lower levels of the firmware when a channel's name hasn't been found in ...

It looks like they are still trading though slow to respond. Best contacted through the sales email as phone number isn't getting used any more.
As others have discussed there isn't really anything else equivalent on the market here.

You can adjust the steps in the settings but to be honest most people use skipping rather than fast forward and reverse. Give that a go and see how you like it.

Any reason you haven't used all 4 outputs? I like to live fast and dangerously I guess. In the last 30 minutes I have reverted to using 3 of ...

Re: Method to access T4 HDD from PC?
The problem is that once the backup files settings is "frozen" by making any change to it, it no longer follows changes to the default. This is probably not what most people want (most of the time), but it's hard to make it otherwise the way the the settings system works. Once it gets out...

Adoxa is always free to request that and I see no reason for it not to happen though I'm not sure about the idea of a generic topic for them. Realistically they get developed when Adoxa chooses to to respond to a problem/need to not surprising they are scattered.

tk;dr - adding the screen seems an unnecessary step in what's supposed to be a process that's meant to be as simple as possible, but adding it simplifies the user's later setup. I think you are right to have it there as it will make it clearer that it is both an option for setup and for later use.
