And if you are not already on the beta firmware, you will need to install that and run the script for the beta feed to get any update to the picons.

Thanks for that advice.
It looks like Adblock Plus was the culprit. Fortunately those sites that I found this version was causing problems with do not need this Add-on!

Re: Tuner questions
The image is for a V2 with 5 attached tuners. There is space for up to 15 tuners, which should be enough for any reasonable AU FTA setup. I have faked the signal strength and quality to 100% to show the full width of their bars. The broadcaster name is also faked to be the longest one I know of - &...

I wanted to ask about your final post about the partition, was that on your pc or bw. Because it talks to all devices, phones tablets and one of my U4's, feeling like the problem is in the BW U4. I have changed the name of my pc and spent many hours cycling through the pc's communicafion proticals,...

Sorry that I haven't kept up with the discussion here. I fell on one of the walks on our Kimberly trip and cut my leg up quite badly, though fortunately no broken bones and I was able to walk out after I'd been patched up a bit. I've been on "rest with leg elevated" since I got back, whic...

1. Because at the time I posted the advice, the new beta was not ready and I was not sure how much more work was required to get it built. 2. The older beta version has seen months of extensive testing, and we know it's better quality than the most recent production firmware. Fair enough on 1 and d...

Any reason that Raj shouldn't just go for the beyonwiz-19.3 20210521 firmware you have just uploaded?
I guess it will come through on the beta feed anyway but just wondered.

Sounds surprising as I haven't seen that reported before but once you have gone through the process of upgrading the firmware, see if it still happens and report back with exact steps of what you are doing if it does.

Similarly, eARC gave me endless grief. Either I got sound from the U4 and Foxtel but not the inbuilt apps or from the Samsung tuners and apps but not Foxtel and the U4 or T3. Once I set the audio to optical at least a level of (my) sanity was restored. I've had no success using ARC between my LG TV...

Re: Request for updates for channel picons
I'm not sure why you'd want the text "darker". I changed the text colour from the original purple to white because the purple text really was impossible to read, even if the picon wasn't scaled down. Better edge definition, for sure. The problem is that the Kids/TV Plus picon has two logo...

My mistake then. Looks like it has gone through though the text for TV Plus in the guide is really small and hard to read.
Not a big deal but what do others feel about getting a slightly darker or more defined lettering or edges?

Re: Request for updates for channel picons
The picon setup for the Kids/TVPlus is ready to commit, but I'll leave it overnight to see whether anyone really hates the picon. If you do really hate it, a better suggestion would be appreciated. You have 100x60 pixels (less a 4-pixel border) to play with for screen picons, and 170x40 (less a 1-p...

Likely there won't be many IceTV users that are using AutoTimers to any great degree. Search types of "title starts with", "description match", and "partial match" won't be affected. Therefore I believe this change would have very little impact. All true but a solution...

Re: Season/Episode info
Usually Season/Episode number is appended to the Title eg Doctor Who.S01E01 and then you can use something like tinyMediaManager which will grab Images, Cast, Synopsis etc from IMDB or TVDB which all gets picked up when using something like Plex or Emby. Hi Mike That change would cause problems for...
