Folks, The problem with the sound has been resolved - using Geoff's suggestion, I plugged the T4 into the TV - instant sound :) So I then compared the two devices ... was pretty much the first setting that I changed and sound come through instantly from the T2. The setting was to downmix Dolby/DTS ....
