EPG displaying content twice on openwebif
My EPG is displaying programs more than once. Is there a good obvious reason for this?

Do I need to consider a certain standard of HDMI cable to remove the HDCP?
I'm looking at this: https://www.amazon.com.au/DTECH-Cable-0 ... 307&sr=8-5

Re: HDMI splitter
So the splitter can be left in an "always on" state? I was thinking of running my xbox one as the source, and my TV, and my U4 as its destinations. Yes. My own setup powers down when I switch off the TV but it has run for extended periods always on. I route Foxtel via the splitter to the ...

Power timers
I'm testing the power timer in my U4. I've only just now set it to go into, "auto deep sleep" with a 300min delay. I'm curious to see how this goes. Has anyone used this function before? Sometimes when I turn the machine on it appears to be playing a recording / not opening onto live TV. I...

Re: Series2Folder plugin
The point is it creates the folder. If you select one of the "Four Corners", bring up the menu and choose "Sel Series to Folder", your four "Four Corners" episodes will be moved into the newly created "Four Corners" folder. If you choose "Series to Folde...

Re: Series2Folder plugin
Trying to get head around deploying this plugin properly. There seems to be 3 x "series to folder" options in the "movie list set up". See screen shot. What do I need to select, and what to do next?

Re: EPGrefresh help
Back to my initial problem of EPGrefresh not doing its thing, should I be doing a proper shut down (not standby) for this plugin to trigger the refresh? It seemed to refresh nocely after my hard reboot ex rear of device. When you initially enable "Refresh EPG automatically" you need to ru...

Re: EPGrefresh help
There is also no real need to enable the adjacent "EPG cache save" option either. That can be useful if you don't go to shutdown/deep standby regularly. The EPG cache is normally only written to file when the PVR goes to deep standby. That means that if you use the FTA (broadcast) EPG and...

I pressed the STB button, and the remote works now. Thanks everyone for your help.
What is this button? I'm presuming this is what fixed it?

Re: EPGrefresh help
I normally use this device via the open webif GUI / stream to PC, and maybe I'll only do this about once per week too (or less). This morning I decided to have a closer look via the front panel. It was stuck on TCN. Remote could not drive the U4 box. Pressed the on / off (standby) button on the fron...

Re: EPGrefresh help
Thanks for the quick reply!
So, it looks OK then? Should it be in a certain power mode for EPGrefresh to work (i.e. standby or always on, or something else)?

EPGrefresh help
A general question regarding EPGrefresh plugin... Have I set this up correctly? I always have to do a manual refresh for channel TEN (and it's affiliated sub channels). These TEN channels, I never have timers setup for, so it can't get the data from me selecting a TEN service. I do not watch channel...
